Do people actually read your profile?!

Maybe we are being overly sensitive or expecting too much, but do people actually read profiles before responding, commenting or messaging? We took the time to be pretty specific about what we are looking for, yet we still get inundated with single guys or profiles who are about as far away from our requirements as chalk is from cheese.

How do you guys handle it? Block, ignore, reply in a friendly manner?

I hope they Don't ! Ours is so long we haven't even read it... Lol (just kidding)

Would be awesome if all the guys did read our profile (and followed the instructions/tips)... We would be having more fun

I enjoy reading profiles...tells me alot about you before we even chat...not all single gents here are desparate,people must never forget that...pictures of your bedroom also tells alot lol

Or they read it and simply ignore it.

Both myself and my partner actually get irritated when they comment "Want to eat your pussy", etc. on our photos. Perhaps we expect too much decency or respect on the site.

But don't speak to my partner like she has no decency. I have started replying on these dumbasses comments.

Valid point, which is exactly why I removed them. I, quite clearly naively, posted them for our "target market", being bi-curious females as per our profile.

But it seems the market is flooded with men who think they have a shot with my partner. 🤣

People don't read profiles, unfortunately... However, there are ways for you to limit who can contact you and comment on your media

From your top profile menu, choose Settings (click on your profile pic at the top) and there is a Privacy section where you can block account types, control your Site Messenger visibility, and add people to your Chatroom whispers block list.

I Love reading profiles, especially if they are well constructed, can learn a lot about someone, unfortunately there are many that do not read a profile

Some do but most don’t. I have a long profile with a list of how I will respond to them if they message without reading first. I ignore or block. Easy.

Honestly, I hate reading ... if someone tells me about a good book , I'll still wait for the movie . And many people( mostly men) are like that . Pictures , and interests first , videos even better. And then location . When that's done and you smashed the like button 10 times , you might browse the description.

For me most are generic , but if something does catch my eye , I'll read it all . Daph ( and most women) on the other hand reads every word , checks friends , follows , posts , stories etc. And then only start on pics and maybe hit the like button a few times .

Be honest having a profile that's too descriptive does limit that initial Q and A exchange with prospective play mates ?

And if someone clearly didn't read and fall under your hard NO category then we still have that nifty block button.

Bottom line this site does have something for everyone and the few real T shirt wearing swingers are spoiled for choice. Whether it's the treasure hunt for other card carrying swingers , the grooming of potential swingers , popping the cherry on newbies , or just entertaining yourself with n single ( or not so) gent calling himself a swinger. Don't let a simple thing like him/her/they not reading your entire autobiography ( volume 1 to 122) stand in your way of humping them like that old couch mom didn't want to through out ..

Haha, I just had an incredibly rude post (IN ALL CAPITALS 🤣) on my profile by a couple called HOTSPORTS for, wait for it, liking one of their pics. Yep, one of their pics that was in the gallery tab I was flicking through. You know, where it goes from pic to pic of "trending" images. So I liked it, it was a nice looking pic. No comments (dont comment unless I read profile ironically).

And oh boy, did they / she / he / "they?!" write on my profile kakking me out. And then the famous "block", so my right of reply was removed, on my own page.

So might as well share it here:

What miserable people. If you do not want people to LIKE your pictures which pop up in the GALLERY tab as trending, SANS profile text, disable the function for specific profiles.

Instead of being an absolutely awful type of person that really makes a fantastic, friendly, respectful site like this worse, perhaps learn that a LIKE is actually a compliment. If you are so miserable that you do not want this, DISABLE it.

I'd love to go back and remove my likes, because no matter if I think you look good in a pic now, knowing you are a miserable, sad, rude as fuck person, you're so unattractive I wish there was a DISLIKE button, but you pulled the ultimate pathetic "block" after having a rant.

I could always DELETE your comment, but it would put me on the same pathetic level as yourself, so I'll leave it here so others can have a good laugh at how there's always a "you" (HOTSPORTS) in every type of society.🤣

My second Insecure person I recently saw, left a negative comment on my friends page, and I had to reply and ask why they so insecure and negative, if you rejected move on dont make a scene. had a similar post on a different friends page a few years ago, and now seeing it again was wondering why do they have to do it, and give the rest of us guys a bad name.

Yeah, that is next level insecure. I post pictures of us for that reason, so that people can enjoy them, or if they so choose and match the criteria on our profile, drop a message and see if it goes any further. I do however block after repeated inappropriate comments or if they persistently message after politely being declined.

Had a few kak outs where I contacted couples,after hearing how kak I were ,and pointing out I dont read profiles,Were I delighted to announce,hey jou doos,Your profile clearly states you are looking for single males,so before you walk into a saloon ready to draw pistols,atleast make sure your holsters are hanging on your belt.

It is not just about reading a profile or advert. It is about understanding what is being said and respecting what the individual or couple wants.

"We prefer people aged between x and y years old", the someone way out of the desired range answers. "Please do not send unsolicited picrures", then you are flooded with one eyed monsters. Please meet with us before sending friend requests.....all of a sudden you are the most popular profile one the site. Being on a limited profile you must make the call on spending one of your messages to decline the offer you already made clear you don't want, or trying to actually find someone that fits you. Unfortunately, ignoring or blocking those irksome individuals will inevitably lead to being branded as fake or uptight by those same individuals who cannot respect your preferences.

You can only shake your head at such arrogant logic....
