It would be slow going and building up to it. It would realistically take a few dates/ meets so patience is a must.

Ideally you would be a very chill guy and obviously there does need to be some level of attraction.

Ideal situation is it is a regular thing so it would be nice if the gent in question is either single or has a partner who is okay with it. We aren’t wanting to do random hook ups but rather have a long term arrangement type thing.
