Hi there, great idea,
for starters I would say the venues is extremely important, the layout and atmosphere created when one walks in has a huge impact on relaxing the participants.
Then id suggest you start small first, to test the waters and interest, as experience has taught many of us on here, if you 20 couples/singles agree to hook up, if 5 actually pitch then you are lucky.
