Good question. A few years ago I found out about Peyrone's. It's when a plaque attaches to one side of the penis and causes shrinkage on that side resulting in a curve. In my case it was on the top, halfway along. I used to have a very straight cock, but it slowly started curving upwards. Some might like this, i didn't. It caused me to shrink from 18cm or more, down to 14/15cm. Yes it also caused a compression and therefore thickening or increased girth. I went to a urologist and he put me on a course of injections. I would not say it is our sole fantasy, but if we went to a club and the opportunity presented itself it would be hot.
