Good question. A few years ago I found out about Peyrone's. It's when a plaque attaches to one side of the penis and causes shrinkage on that side resulting in a curve. In my case it was on the top, halfway along. I used to have a very straight cock, but it slowly started curving upwards. Some might like this, i didn't. It caused me to shrink from 18cm or more, down to 14/15cm. Yes it also caused a compression and therefore thickening or increased girth. I went to a urologist and he put me on a course of injections. I lived far from his clinic and so learned to do them myself. First local anesthetic at either side of the base and then the decalcifying injection into the plaque disc from different angles. I had to do this for almost a year. It got rid of the plaque, but my dick remains bent and thick. I am fine with it, at least I have managed to stop it from bending further. So yes, kind of age related shrinkage.
