🌶️ Our Real-Life Swinging Journey: 8 Years Later

We started exploring the lifestyle in December 2017 — back when I was 38 & Mrs_E was 28.

Fast-forward 8 years, and our comfort levels, confidence, and sexual energy have grown immensely. 💥🔥

But… life doesn’t stay the same forever. And neither does swinging. 😉

When we started, our kids were tiny — 6 and 3.

Now they’re 14 and 11, smart, aware, and everywhere. 😅

Dropping them at grandparents used to be easy…

Now it’s a logistical nightmare.

Mrs_E's parents are 8 years older 🧓

Our daughter loves going there, our son… not so much 🤷‍♂️

My parents now live with us (thanks to medical boarding and insufficient retirement savings) 🏡

Hosting midweek or last-minute? Basically Mission Impossible 🎬💣

💸 Time, Budgets and Responsibilities-

Aside from family logistics, our son plays good rugby, which comes with travel, costs, and tight schedules. 🏉⏳

So both budget and time get stretched more than Mrs_E's legs on date night 😈🤣

🔥 Our Current Rhythm (Realistic but Still Sexy)

We manage about one planned lifestyle outing a month — club, hotel, or trusted swinger friends.

We love hosting (Swaai+Braai = perfection 😜🔥)…

But it now requires:

👉 Moving kids + parents for a whole weekend

👉 Planning ahead

👉 A small miracle

So it happens… just not often.

💃🕺 Our Vibe vs. Lifestyle Age Gaps-

We’re still younger than the lifestyle average.

Most couples we meet are in their late 40's or 50's — sometimes amazing.......sometimes an energy, interest and attraction mismatch.

Younger couples?

We love the vibe, that they can keep up with our sexual energy or party spirit, but they are often not sensitive to the fact that couples with teens need to plan in advance . They often have trust issues. Men in their 20' are alo often disappointing due to a lack of experience🍻⚡

We’re basically:

Young enough to be fun, old enough to know what we want, and horny enough to make it count. 😈🔥

We’re a real couple with real life happening around us — kids, parents, sport, money, responsibilities —
