We're still seeing a large number of complaints about blackmail attempts. In every case the conversation has been taken offsite so there's nothing we can do other than ban the profile.

If you've been subjected to this tactic please report it on the platform where it took place so they can deal with it.

Of course, the best thing is not to be pulled offsite in the first place.
