I'm a white, married senior gent and have had great success at Wynberg Park over the last 6 months. Park at any one of the three parking spots (one being above the road near the reservoir). Just wait for cars to pull in with a single occupant and see if he shows interest. I usually open my door so that he can see me fiddling, and if he's interested you'll soon know and voila! Game's on! I've only tried on weekdays as on weekends the park is full of picknickers. Just keep an eye out for cruising law enforcement. Nice mixed crowd.
