Westbrook/umdloti dogging and exhibition

Couple here who is often at westbrook or umdloti beach, when are people around? We usually there at 10pm because there usually still families around earlier than that but its always empty or very few cars parked off. How do people identify who is there to watch or be watched, dont think the usual park lights or interior lights on are done here, maybe we need something more obvious like a monster can on the car roof 😅... we will be there this holiday most nights, comments?
