Ind Couple

Was at Virginia today at 9.20pm. Was just curious about dogging. Haven't really done it before. Who was the Gentleman parked at Virginia? Was it for dogging or just chilling. Just so we know for sure that it is a dogging spot and not a chilling spot. Thanks
