Boudoir-chic meets raw bolt: A private dungeon for like-minded kinksters.

Unit 13 is a modern take on the classic dungeon. Situated in a light industrial area near Cape Town harbour, it offers everything kinksters need to immerse themselves completely in their play. From complete privacy and discretion, safe parking, a great sound system, a small kitchenette and a full bathroom with a shower, it has it all.

The space consists of two rooms, making it perfect for both 1:1 plays as well as larger groups. There is a gas fire, which provides both warmth and a flattering glow that works well with the tea light candles on the window sills. The open flames, red neon light, blood-red walls and heavy black curtains ensure an atmosphere of permissive secrecy.

Unit 13 has an extensive range of play furniture for use by guests, from a St Andrew’s Cross, spanking bench and Queening Chair to a massage table and a fold-out couch, and a spreader bench for the more adventurous. There are handcrafted laminated beams with impressive stainless steel eye bolts and an electric hoist for safe, secure suspensions.
