Hi Lee, I'm curious to understand the "location" issue a bit better... It's puzzled me for a while!
The couple's post here on forum shows their location as "Location: - ". Yet when you check their actual profile, their location is given as "Fourways, Gauteng". (And when you check under "Swinger Parties" on menu to left, their Party is registered for 7th Dec, with venue given as "Houghton" - so I guess that clears up where it will be held...).
But why does the Location show up on the post, in such an instance, as " - " when they have given a location in the profile? Does this have to do with the device they are using to log on (phone, ipad etc)? Whichever computer I log in at (home, work, laptop), it always shows my location as the one registered on my profile....
No, it's silly, but your forum location is actually set in your forum settings. I suppose it's supposed to give you some anonymity, but the fact that you can click on the profile and see it there, kind of defeats the point. .. If that is the point. ..
If someone's location shows as - here then they can fix that by going to settings (top of the left menu) and click on the forum tab, and type in a location, in the box above the forum signature box.
