I'm 30m, New to this kinda thing, single and straight - I need your advice

I haven't been hyper successful in the romantic / sexual encounter department, but probably from a lack of trying.

I wanna post a photo or two, but I'm a bit shy. What are some good tips for posting a good photo?

And how should I go about speaking to other members, it is a meet up and drinks kinda thing?
