how do you gys feel about the people watching you play in the car?

I find it interesting to see their reactions to be quite honest, you get some good reactions, some very negative ones, and some really interesting ones... makes the long journeys about my daily business more interesting

Usualy the people are not to shocked but had this old guy the otter day I thought he saw his death by the reaction on his face lol

Alias, if I had been one of the folks watching you, I would have been in Heaven (and hopefully not dead!!!)! My reaction would have been a positive one!!
I presume you are talking about the expression on the faces of folks who happen to walk past and be watching you playing? I would think that, like me, they should be pleasantly surprised to see anything happening at all, and then to be able to watch it!!! And if they are not happy to see it, they can always move off!
Now if it's the expression on the face of the guy who is playing, that you happen to be watching, I can imagine that some of them might not be too happy....

LMAO ... yes indeed, agreed, but for me yes, its the faces and reactions of the passers by definitely, whether they walking by or driving by.
