Have said for a long time that Zwartkops Lapa would make an ideal outdoor venue for "arranged dogging". You just need the right people participating - need at least one committed couple with a lady willing to participate, otherwise nothing will happen again. I've been through there a couple of times for an arranged meeting, but no-one else pitched. It needs commitment and participation for it to work out.
