Life Lessons,
You Dad,may have thought your kids didn't see,
Or that they hadn't heard,
Life lessons that you taught to them,
But They got every word.I am sure.
Perhaps you thought they missed it all,
And that they'd grow apart,as some might have,
But Dad, They picked up everything,
It's written on their hearts.
Without you, Dad, they wouldn't be
The (woman)(man) they are today;
You built a strong foundation
No one can take away.
They have grown up with your values,
And I'm sure they are very glad they did;
So here's to you,A father,
From your forever grateful kids.
Whom might have forgotten to give you that special hug today!
