I am "buying" my lady new Boobs for Xmas. She is an "A" and they are perfect! I absolutely love them but she really wants to be bigger, no matter how much I tell her nice Boobs are not big Boobs. She is not sure how big to go and she does not know I am doing this. Any advice on the size I should pay for? Any one that has had it done and give any advice, also anyone who can recommend someone for the procedure. I want to spend a max of R30k... Also, silicon or saline? Thanks in advance guys...

@ Stamina. Please do not pay for anything and making appointments for your lovey with out her knowing about it. I would suggest :- Place your offer in a very nice box with a little NOT to expensive trinket as a the real gift is going to be expensive BUT the expensive or not expensive is for you to decide on. Once she & you have found the plastic surgeon of your choice, both of you can go to the plastic surgeon and if he is GOOD HE will advice her to what size she should enlarge and they both can decide on what kind of breast implant she will be happy with. he should be able to give her the pro`s and the cons on breast enlargement. and if he does not he is to be avoided. Only thing is, should she go too large it is not really going to be sexy at all..it shows and the feeling of her boobs is going to change. That is why I recommend she should really consult with her surgeon on size.. I hope she will enjoy and be happy with her new boobs....

She is an "A" and they are perfect! I absolutely love them - Tell her that. Why pay for surgery that's not required ? - Implants of any nature albeit Female or for Males, ultimately leads to huge medical issues further down the line. Enjoy what you both have, If it's not broken why fix it?

I'll be honest - I contemplated for a very short while (for about 2 weeks), the idea of having surgery, then I had a conversation with a playmate (here on SH) about what her experience was - I wasn't planning on changing my size as I'm already a D, but I was hoping to perk them up slightly (age is settling in!), but after the discussion with my friend I honestly think someone would have to PAY ME (a SHIT load!) to have any chance of getting a scalpel anywhere near my beauties! I think PIB is right = make her a little "voucher" and give her a little trinket in a box with your voucher and MAYBE, when you discus the details, tell her you're willing to put up to a max of 30K in for the proceedure, provided that she doesn't go bigger than a D? A real Size D for a girl between 28 and 36ish (ie. 28D or 36D) is quite a pain to buy lingerie for so.... I'd be careful going bigger than than - particularly if she's petite... it can cause a lot of back pain.

I see nothing wrong with implants, for some women it's a huge confidence booster. If she wants them and your prepared to pay then I suggest the 2 of you go together to a doctor to talk about the pros and cons of the procedure. I think the last thing you should do though is find a doctor and sizes ect before telling her, last thing you want is her to say in 5 years that it's was your idea and you forced her under the knife. Make it a team decision and I'm sure she we love you for understanding her needs and supporting her. So what did your friend tell you @LeeEC?

I will for certain agree with ANYONE who says nothing is wrong with what she has,she is LUCKY to have such nice boobies. She can wear what she wants, and never wear a bra, she does not get any back-aches and bra straps is not eating into her shoulders leaving a permanent dent. But I also know if she is really unhappy with her boobies, then in-plants will boost her self wrong in going to have the surgery done. If the surgeon is reliable and good,(ask for references so you guys van go talk to them and view his work) then there is nothing to worry about. The only thing is, if your lovey did not have kids, her boobies is still firm (heck it is firm just being a A) her skin is going to be STRETCHED for the prosthesis to fit, to me, that in itself is unsightly, going bigger than just one size will make it even more unsightly, and more noticeable for everyone to see when she is wearing a bikini top. Currently there is a natural softness between her boobs which will disappear after surgery and her breast bone will show up very bony!....Thus From going from a A to a D is a Big difference and it will show the in-plants etched against her skin, it is NOT SEXY.....it will also feel rubbery where her boobs NOW is soft to the she will have to just go up one or one + size really.....so IS it really worth it?? But like I said before go for a consultation so you and your lovey can make a decision together.

Yeah. Discussion about surgeons and sizes is definitely HER DISCUSSION. Not one for the forums.

Just my 2c, you guys are aware that once the nerves in breasts are disconnected(cut) they do not repair right? That means no feeling. I'd rather keep the feeling and sensation than have bigger boobs.

That is a very important point, I love playing with breasts and it would be disappointing if the feeling was not mutual

Well its past xmas but i thought id chip in with my two-pennorth worth (northern uk speak) Ive always wanted new boobs, never been happy with them since i had my fifth chid in 2005. A bit of an uplift would be just the ticket I thought ;) Plus I carry the BRCA1 gene which puts me at a high risk of developing breast cancer and its an option for me to have both breasts removed as a cautionary measure and reconstructed. Then the PIP Implant scandal hit the UK with a vengeance and my good friend 'C' decided she would have her PIP implants taken out and replaced as she was advised by the very exclusive medical group that had inserted them in the first place, at their expense. She was made up, get the old ones out, new ones in without any hassle or expense to herself hooray :bounce: or so she thought :/ She went in to have them removed, and lo and behold, as with many other implants of this type they had sprung a leak sad The surgeon managed to remove them, along with an awful lot of breast tissue that had been affected by the leaking silicon - as a consequence she was left with a secondary infection and was in ITU for 2 weeks fighting for her life. She then went on to have a double mastectomy because they couldnt save her remaining breast tissue, or her nipples. This was 2 years ago now, and she has finally had reconstructive surgery and will be having new nipples tattoed on this summer. This isnt intended to scaremonger anyone thinking of buying new boobies - this wasnt an isolated case unfortunately, many women had similar issues. Its been a bit of a wake up call to me, now my breasts seem to be bigger and perkier than ever before, i put this down to an awful lot of attention from my partner David, who cant seem to keep his hands off them :rascal: and i am no longer thinking of any surgcal intervention unless its medically necessary - I have regular MRI's annually, Mammograms and Ultrasound to check everything is tip-top but hell no I wont be thinking of ever having it done for vanity sake ;)

Wow, that's pretty bad! It amazes me how simple medical procedures can end in disaster like that... And you are in a first world country!? I will show her your post and hope she gets this idea out of her head. I love her lung mittens just the way they are!
