just had the opportunity to do PADI as i was first qualified NAUI , i use NAUI tables as the SIT`s are longer so i feel its a bit safer

I see, I prefer Padi tables. The 2 where built of different decompression studies and the padi one makes more sense to me. The NAUI tables are based on Navy/Marine tables where the did studies on shallow diving for extended underwater periods. PADI did their table on shorter deeper dives using separate research studies and that suits me fine.
End of the day the body loads Nitrogen at the same rate regardless and after 6 hours you can clean a 100% load to % under both. It's actually quite interesting how the work it out and use a simple formula to calculate nitrogen load.

Also into Scuba - I know of some other swinger divers too - perhaps Bass Lake / Marico Oog and then down to the coast? Anyone else keen?
