Think its time to say thank you to Madiba and all the other men and women who fought for our freedom. Thanks to him we can vote, work, get educated and be free from discriminatio. Even date , marry and sleep with whom ever we want to! Forever in our hearts... RIP Tata
What about a salute for our current president... Not much of a good president, but with all those wives - king of swing! He he he he!!!

As with Swinging, every one has had their own experience on this topic.
Sometimes we were proud, sometimes relieved, sometimes grateful, sometimes angry, sometimes embarrassed, sometimes confused, sometimes suppressed, sometimes overlooked, sometimes discriminated against, sometimes falsely accused, mostly generalized about because of what others had done previously.
There are those of us who were caught in the middle of the Riots, but were silenced.
There were those of us who had very promising careers in large companies, but that was changed to make way for others.
There are those of us who have been refused contracts because we were too male or too pale.
There are those of us who have children in school who bring home rather incomplete History books about the way things were prior to '94.
There are those of us who have family in Europe who had a different story about life in SA on their TV News and documentaries in the 80's and 90's.
If doing a little bit right was actually the way to right wrongs, then a certain former PM would have put an end to the past with his actions in '94.

Could not have said it better myself! Wise words... A man with the courage to say it as it is.
