Hi all. What is your take on profiles that don't say which town or city they are from?

Knowing would make it so much simpler finding compatible profiles.
Should it be mandatory?

My take on it is that the vast majority of said profiles (but not necessarily all) are what are sometimes referred to as pic collectors
