I have also noticed (from time to time) what Staypower is talking about - on the Dogging Locations page (which I do tend to monitor quite closely 
), on occasion the "counter number" changes (e.g. 2323 becomes 2324), but there appears to be no new "location" (or more likely ADVERT or question!) added to the list. Perhaps it becomes added in under a previous heading - don't see how this is possible? Or perhaps it has been "added", but not yet released by Admin (as there seems to be a bit of a time delay between posting and appearance of the post)? But it doesn't happen all that often, in my experience.
