SH is very clear that naming and shaming is not allowed on any of their services. So, if there were a member that was really worth being shamed because of scamming or spamming, extortion, or just being a general nuisance, what recourse is there?

You will need to file a report with written evidence if possible. A team member will review and take the appropriate action if necessary.
