Well I came across this and just had to post it. I couldn't stop laughing for an hour after seeing this. If he wasn't getting it before this spreadsheet I don't know if he'll ever get it again. It's a tad extreme making an entire spreadsheet opposed to simply talking about what the problem could possibly be. Either way, he made the spreadsheet and you should take a look at it.
