Well I can't take any action in my personal capacity. But by raising awareness we can hopefully increase pressure.

We need to create awareness in the Muslim community, in a nice way, so they do not hide away from their compatriots and pretend it is not happening
I think that maybe this will spill over into the rest of the community so that all such acts are condemned

The problem with politics is that all politicians ever do is "condemn" actions of others. There is ZERO motivation for terrorist (or other) groups to stop their actions when all that 'usually' happens is a bunch of people verbally condemn the said actions.
