Please remember as Mods we don't always deal with things in public, often we whisper and sort issues out, when both parties are in the wrong, and we can settle things in whisper, we will take that root. Ladies are kicked on a regular basis, but as there number is lower the percentage males will always be higher. Not everyone will agree with how things are handles friends will always be seen to have been wronged.
Often when you see someone been kicked, its not for there behaviour in the pool, but rather there response to a whisper, where they swear at us etc.

yes very true ,,,the percentage will be higher,, but also the guys must be aware that a lady on the site is not there for them ,,they are there for them self and that need to be respected....

I agree 100 percent with you, each is there for there own reasons, respect there limits the ladies aren't simply entertainment. But we also need to knowledge that some time, its the ladies who's behaviour is shall we say less than lady like.
As a Mod, and I believe I can speak for my fellow mods when I say, we don't always get it right but we do try and ensure there is an environment where all those that behave in a respectful and reasonable manner have a space to express themselves. Sometimes we don't go as far as some would like, when we feel a second chance and some advise could save a ban, or we may ban someone for what seems a minor offense, yet the historic behaviour of that individual has determined our actions. We have good days and bad, we miss things and sometimes misinterpret things, but we always act in what we truly believe is in the best interests of the site and those members looking for a fun and safe environment in which they can relax and not have to hide behind the mask society places on the lifestyle.
I hope this gives people an idea of what we do, our motives and short comings, that what you see in the public arena is not always the full picture.
We do this because we are passionate in our belief in the lifestyle and its people.

Well said Mike ,,,,,I did ask for this forum to be removed ,,but now I am glad that it was not ,,,yes the mods do the best they can and many don't know half the shit that goes on behind the scene.
