I feel like we need a new thread - maybe we can share our good ideas. You know stuff that makes life easier, playtime simpler, work more enjoyable, relationships better. You all must have at least one good life-hack or experiential nugget to share. Or maybe you thought of a cool thing but have no way of actually making it happen.... Like this - If you're in the lifestyle and you own a bnb or lodge - offer other lifestylers reasonable hourly rates so that those of us who struggle to find venues can find them easily and they are clean and decent and not in the back of a sex shop!

A woman needs to pee after she has sex ----- If you are pounding away at her and you look down, the mound at the base of your shaft is knocking straight into her urethra (pee hole, for want of a better word) and any "passengers" you're carrying on your pubic hair that belongs outside your body, is being forced into her. Source - I've had a UPP and now I have a Snore-Kit. Carbs - this is the bad one. Your body requires 30 grams of carbs a day to function. That's about 3 Lays chips. Anything after that is stored as fat. However, the shit happens before it is stored as fat. Think of it this way: take a half glass of water and throw a half glass of honey into it. That thick sludge ? It's the viscosity (thickness) of your blood. When that shit gets to the venal - arterial boundary (when the blood is at the furthest point before it returns to the heart), if that sludge is too thick, it clogs circulation. This is why diabetics lose toes, feet and legs and eyesight first. Carbs - again. Anything that contains wheat is bad for you (or for me, I should say). Please can I just add one comment: Regarding dietary tips - in my experience of years of adjusting format and design of dietary plans and content to get better results for my husband and I (and some of my clients) and our differing needs and medical issues, I've discovered one VERY IMPORTANT piece of information: THERE IS NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL DIET. Every individual has different needs and different requirements. I see people with health issues go vegetarian with amazing benefits and yet others do the same with devastating results. I've seen the results for "cutting all carbs" do amazing things for some and slowly started killing others. There simply isn't a list of do's and dont's that works for everyone. People will tell you carbs kill you - truth - I start getting headaches the moment I don't get enough. I've been told a high protein diet is dangerous - but drop just two meat portions from my week and I start sleeping badly and running out of energy by 5pm. I've been told high salt intake is dangerous... but as it turns out - my craving for more salt is a symptom from a genetic syndrome I happen to have and is perfectly normal for me... Please if you're planning to do something drastic to your diet do not just take random advice and jump in with both feet. Consult a nutritionist and take into consideration all the aspects of your lifestyle including your exercise routine, medical history, familial disease, work environment, medication you might be on and your mental state. All of these aspects have to be considered in building a healthy complete nutritional guide for you specifically. ** @jmatthews - that sinus thing really works - if the syringe plan puts you off though, you can get a kit called Salex at most chemists which gives the same results but in a very easy to use (squeeze the bottle, no-chance-of-flooding-your-brain-cavity) solution. Oh and whether the water overflows by running out of your mouth or the other nostril is completely potluck as everyone's sinus is slightly different. Also the peeing after sex is not a guarantee (nor is it a problem for ALL women), it's not bad advice, but it didn't make much of a difference for me BUTwomen, if you do have a problem though with recurring cystitis, you might want to look for a correlation between your wetness at first penetration (as per my doctor's suggestion) - if you are relatively dry you should try a small dollop of non-sticky water-based lube just around the top between the vagina and the opening of the urethra, which helps the opening to seal shut when he enters you, preventing those nasties getting up there in the first place. been using salex for 2 years now and next to a swim in the ocean its the best .as for dieting yeah to each his own .i lost 40kgs on the body for life program . put it back after a car accident but im back on it and its going healthy carbs , lean meat and no more beers and once a week treat yourself. my advise , which i learned the hard way is always cut up all the lemons before you open the tequila fingers will thank you

Hi Joyrider, your cum is determined by what you eat, and no, you didn't miss reading a word. The texture, consistency, volume and taste is determined by what you eat. That icky, thick, snot-like consistency comes from not drinking enough water. Also, eating lots of celery makes it thinner. As for taste, for a day or two before you play, don't eat red meat and cut back on the ciggies. Both those things make it taste horrible. to make the taste better, eat lots and lots of pineapple and other types of sweet fruit.
