Once played a game of Strip Buffalo. You keep the conventional rule of drinking with only your left hand up until Midnight and switching to the right from there onward. We made it more interesting with hourly hand changes and the penalty was a piece of clothing opposed to downing your drink or taking a shot.

Of course *twister* would be a great party game, just think of all that body contact.
How about playing that beer game where you have to throw a ping-pong ball into a beer glass from one end of the table to the other into the glass. If you miss, you guys can make your own rules....undress or do something daring like a kiss to more...or just a plain old drink.
A normal card game can also be used ...give each card-suit a meaning. Like hearts you have to undress clubs you need to do something physical. and the number on card is the times it has to be done.
or go back to the trusted old truth or dare game.
there is a key games or sheet games or guess who is your partner games if you guys are adventurous and comfortable naked.
Ive played one where you have a list of songs that everybody pools together and then plays each song. While each song is playing, you have to guess the songs name or artist, and if you are wrong, you must take a piece of clothing off... or what ever rules you make up. So you could make it hard or easy.
It is really fun.
Ive played a drinking game called 100 shots, where every minute for 100 minutes. you have a shot of alcohol (beer) in my case. The game really excalates quite abit since every 10 minutes new rules are brought in the game.
How about Pig Out
Its mainly a drinking game, but has hilarious action cards in, that call for close body contact sometimes.
You also get a set of dice at some adult shops. One has an action, the other has a body parts on
I've also seen a called Couple Capers. I haven't investigated much though.

I have never heard of Couples Capers though.
We bought Monogamy a while back just out of curiosity and even thou it is meant for only a couple, it is still fun.
We used it for same room fun with another couple. The first time with our own partners and the time there after we had swopped partners for the fun. It has different levels of how hot you want the fun and different cards and actions for each level.
