It really has to do with your atmosphere, your breathing methods and the way you go about touch. The essensial oils you want to use  is also important. You should also really research your chakras areas.  You are already halfway there if you can and have mastered Lingam and Yoni massages,as you mentioned before, you do those with ease already.
