@Joyrider, I've have always wondered what your line of work is, since you've mentioned before that people sometimes find it unusual.
As for conflict areas, what we have ourselves experienced and what I have found from listening to the ladies at work, defiantly
1 Finances
2 Extended family, usually the in-laws, though not always the mother in law.

Sex and intmacy because in the beginning there are no communication skills and that will perhaps happen in the later stage of live sometimes to late.
The way we grow up are of such nature that women been called names when they try to chat about there sex and intimacy desires.
Men has to try and think on behalf of the women in his life. a trail and error sort of result
