There will always be a reason for someone to block your profile, and sometimes that reason has nothing whatsoever to do with you or your profile.

Its an effective way to avoid viewing the same profile multiple times when there is no interest.
Alternatively, its an effective way to not feel stalked because dude keeps making repeat appearances in your profile views list without actually interacting.
As a single male I see this a lot, someone views your profile and when you want to view it back you find that you are blocked

This is a regular thing for me too
I mean really like what's up with that instead of just telling the person you not interested and then they still view you're profile with everything you do yous see them viewing
I got blocked out of the group chats simply because of the color of my skin, dont get me wro g here, i am very proud of who and what i am, and i am certainly not your everyday joe that blames the world because i dont feel proud of who i am.
I was in the group chats and complimented a white lady on how gorgeous she was, i guess some of the folk in the chat didn't like the way i was complimenting their girl and next moment i was blocked due to "racial behavior" makes me sad that we are still profile people based on race, i was not thaught like this at home. My mother and father love the human race, not a race, and unfortunately i was raised like that to, reason why i say "unfortunately".. Well stuff like this has no place in my mind set.
Our blood is red, irrespective of the color of our skins.
Think about it ...did u perhaps read their profile?
did u send friends requests when they state u should not ?
do u fit into group they looking for ?
These are all reasons we block people as well as a few others don't get upset it helps narrow the search!
Swinging is a thick skinned game if u can't handle rejection should maybe not be here?
All good and noted.. Most of us are sometimes just misunderstood or come out as pushy when that's not even the case I have a few blocked profiles on here as well and some people that say they don't do this or block you but still they on you're profile
We cannot see profiles we have blocked think the confusion comes when viewing pics in the gallery but not sure
Had an experience like that once. I DM'd her. Exchanged pics and faces. Chemistry was there (so I thought) then boom - block. Whatever her reason, you just gotta keep it moving. No use in wracking your brain trying figure it why.
Just like being double-ticked and no reply. Just keep it moving
Yep, had the same last week just after I liked a photo. Didn't even comment. Don't really care anyway, just move on.
Maybe for them they've been down that road before... someone - not in their preferences -views, likes/comments their sexy pics then gets a barrage of DMs.
Maybe better to block now than face unwanted attention.
Then again, sometimes a like is a like and you're just admiring 🤨
Most people here still don't know that they can control who they get contact and comments from.

We take likes as compliments only, our profile is clear on that. You need a thick skin in this lifestyle or you will get offended a lot.

I have also been blocked without speaking to them and yet they view my profile.
Pay no attention to those who block you without reason. You will have a good idea if there was a valid reason. Some use the block as an elimination tool. If they have viewed your profile and see something that does not fit their requirements (age, sexual orientation, married, single) they block you so that they don't keep viewing or being fed your profile. Others are like the dog that keeps chasing cars. What do they do with it when they catch it? It can be offensive in the beginning when it happens. Just walk past it because you cannot change it.

This has seemingly become more and more common for couples and singles to use the block as a way to filter out people whom they believe do not match what they are looking for.
But it seems, at least to us, a bad way to go about it, and its rude.
One over the years we have found many times that those we wouldnt have immediately thought would be a great match turned into amazing friends, and we had the most amazing evenings and weekends with them.
So you are limiting yourself, and a quick, friendly conversation doesnt cost you anything. And if the people persist, despite a friendly no thank you then use the block. That was its intended purpose.
There are more than enough features already to help you filter your preferences without needing to use the block feature.

I jave been blocked - for reasons unknown to me. Guess it might be because I am an older lifestyler. I do not reach out if the profile says no singles.
I’ve got to be honest, we block if contacted by people with no photos and sent a crappy text type message.
We say we will not communicate with people without photos and if people can’t understand that then best not to communicate with them.
Our profile has been blocked by a profile that we have never interacted with (no profile likes, no picture likes, no messages at all). No idea why. But the very same profile will visit our profile occasionally. The strangest part is that the profile is linked to one of the clubs that we have also never been to.

We have had that happen to us a few times also. Blocked by a couple we havent interacted with, and they still visit our profile every now and again.
It seems as if at some point people on here have decide to misuse the block feature somewhat.
But alas, other than just having a discussion on etiquette we doubt that it will change anything to those that use it this way. And as much as it irritates us there is also no real solution to it.

You obviously know the name of the profile that keeps visiting your profile. Just use this link to ad them to your blocked list, and they won't be able to abuse the blocking function 😉
