Not safe at swimming pool , nor back of hotel across mall , I work in that area and police stops at every car that's parked out of place or norm . On that note i am looking for decent place as we want to give some shows .

The parking lot behind the Welkom Inn IS the municipal swimming pool parking lot talked about previously - same place, so confirmed as a good venue! And then there IS a park in Graham Street (apologies for not finding it first time!), also looks to be a good venue and seems to be used, some big trees for shade during the day.

The parking area behind the Welkom Inn (over the road from the Goldfields Mall) looks to be a good venue for evenings, quiet and secluded enough, but with discrete lighting and good visibility to see if anyone is approaching. Sorry, couldn't find a park in Graham Street! Flamingo Pan looks to be okay for daytime activity (NOT nights!), but one needs to keep a good lookout for the occasional wandering pedestrian...
