Dogging In Virginia / Welkom Area

We are going to be down in the area in the next few weeks for a few days and i would like to try organise a surprise for my wife. She is very sexual but very shy and i want to see if i can get a younger male / or a couple to make something happen. I know to watch a couple will make her wet as hell and then who knows. I know there used to be a place down by the SPCA in Virginia but don't know if it is still there or even safe, etc. Get back and let me know and lets see what can be arranged.
