Sandy Bay

I have not been there for years, but will be spending a lot of time in Cape Town soon. Is there still action there?  What are acceptable protocols in approaching people? I am straight and love playing with or watching couples. I also have a bi streak that is well controlled if not appropriate. Any advice to help me have fun while not offending anyone will be appreciated. Thanks.
