I know there are some groups related to this topic, but are there any couples or ladies who go out with the intention of flashong in public. I would suggest you do not forgo your fantasy about public flashing or observing public flashing, BUT try and keep it between *friendly strangers and friends* in a little *closed* public area flashing way.
Like flashing discreetly in a bar/restaurant, back turned towards most patrons, but see able for the intended persons/person. You will get the rush just the same.
