Hidy how and greetings from Planet strange. So...every now and then something happens at work that makes you just think...."shit...THATS cool". or something along the line. That is , if you deal with customers on a personal level. I myself am a property broker that deal in commercial units, offices, industrial retails etc etc. Now...Ive heard crazy ideas from all sorts of people...from looking for space to open up a "poker-club", to a roller skating track and much more...(this industry is NOT for the faint hearted). One of the questions we ask when receiving an inquiry is what business will you be operating within the space...that way we know whether we should take it seriously or hand it down to a newbie. And when someone is hesitant to say what they do..needless to say..we stay away. accept today. Caller: "we need someone to help us, that has an open mind..." me: Okay? What type of industry are you in? Caller: "that is the thing...we'd like to discuss it at the property" me: Is it illegal? If your planning to mug me.... Caller: "no no no....are you familiar with BDSM?" By now...my interest has been properly aroused. So it just so happens I have the PERFECT space...i arrange a site visit and it turns out its a group of 6 people looking for a "dungeon type space" - Which Ive got , strangely enough. Long story short. CT now has an exclusive BDSM dungeon...unfortunately, membership is closed. or exclusive or something like that...dont care....i did the most interesting and memorable deal ever with some of the most well mannered and funny individuals Ive come across....

Oh I suspect Mr Planet Strange over here is a intellectual sensualist.. Someone for whom the idea that these people somehow got their sexual kicks, due to his efforts. .. well that is more of a turn on, than being asked to join in. . Am I right Ian?

The dungeon is NOW closed to the 6 members only???? Pity I would have loved to join them.......even if just to view with or by an invite..... There is quite a few dungeons in Cpt..... One is at a Profesional Domanitrix (by her own admission in the Burger on Friday) But us kinky *okes* here in Cpt do not like to charge for *services rendered* as we do enjoy every play encounter we have....so professional people are mostly on their own really....................and I read she is VERY expensive...damn I knew I should have gone down that road......damn, damn....(jealousy talking right now, from my side) Okay then there is quite a few private dungeons and even some we can borrow or hire if the need is there. Sooooo it is a pity I can not be invited to view the newest private one!!!! Our Cpt kinky community is growing in leaps and bounds......it seems.
